week 3 eeek

happy August 1st.

today's weather is good and so am I. We have FINALLY finished the flooring and are now onto bigger, better things. A jam-packed week is ahead and hopefully some serious progress so we can get on the road already, and I can start writing about fun adventures and cool sights instead of gluing and nailing bits and pieces 24/7. This week's article cover photo is the kind of place I want to be with our van, good friends, and this blog. Luckily the whole goal of this project IS to be able to drive off into the sunset and enjoy the simpler things in life with sweet company.

I have started making the cushion covers and eek, let's just say I could NEVER be a 1950's housewife. I am definitely not a domestic goddess, and these covers will be the death of me. Below is the current state of the van, looking a little more homely than before which makes me excited.
